Yes, you are right!! The quilt was easy to paint, I painted three. The hard part for me was deciding what colors to use. I'm color blind.

So, what I did was pick flowers and leaves and matched paint to those.

This is the front of my coop/run area. I just added the wreath on the shed and the garland on the run yesterday.

The back half is the coop and the front half is the shed portion with the feed, straw, etc….

Notice in the far left of the photo at the bottom you’ll see a little park bench…this was added recently to give me a place to sit and visit my flock.

Madi, I really love the inside of your coop. Reminds me of and old homestead, with the whitewash boards, horseshoe, and old bottles above the window. Really cool! Super nice run, too.
Sydney,I actually snorted when I read the 'make it to the fence' sign! That is awesome!! Also love your other signs, but especially love the wildflower chart
And WHERE did you get those cutouts for the run door? Those are beautiful!

Can I just say how jealous I am of all of your coops and runs? They are gorgeous!! Thank you all so much for sharing photos

Oh darn. It doesn't show the Miro' by the highest perch. That needs a funkier frame, anyhow. It's a rooster painting by Joan Miro'. Our EE hen really likes that painting.
