I am getting frustrated. I need a brand name and model number please.

I don't have a brand name. I just bought the cheapest one from Lowes, and the light kit from Walmart.

I have a dimmer switch to a light bulb, and have had great success. But it has to be watched constantly. I just can not do that, i have to work. All of the house hold thermo's i have looked at only go to 90 degrees. I just need to see a pic or some good advice.

Paddoc 36 I have the same thermo. Can i see pic of how you got power to it?

I just dont understand how to hook it up.

Every time I try to put a picture on here my computer keeps locking up. You should have the wire (with plug on the end) that came with your light kit. That will be the wire that plugs into the wall to supply electricity. Cut a piece of that wire to use for the thermostat. Then take the wire with the plug and split the two lines. One goes straight to the light. One will go through a hole in the light to the thermostat. Then take the extra piece of wire and split it. Take one piece to run from the other screw on the thermostat and back to the light. Now if you weren't confused before, I'm sure I have confused you now. I'll still try to get another picture.
I think it's working now:
Picture of the outside. White wire is to the light, and separate black wire to the fan:

And here's another picture of the wires connected to the thermostat from the light:

This link has great instructions and pictures. It is what I used to do mine. Just look at her pictures and follow her directions and it works great. I mounted my thermostat right about my light bulb, others do it differently. I also used 2 fans in it, one on the bottom, and one on the top. 90% hatch rate, which I was thrilled with. I poked a hole in the top of my incubator and taped a little screwdriver to a long dowel so I could adjust the temp without opening the lid. I didn't have to adjust it often, but it did seem to drift. Not quickly, it would be fine for days, and then just start to run high or low. I was happy with it overall, for the price it was a good deal.
