I understand it. Had neighbors complain. Really ?perhaps we should ban loud landscapers that by the way do everyone near me never at the same time
Next they will want to ban dogs.
how about cats that roam wherever they want.
People need to stop being chicken haters. Next thing they'll tell me I can't have a vegetable garden.
