Has anyone ever tried the Netti pot? It has worked a miracle for my chronic sinus condition and has spared me from surgery. I highly recommend it for those who do not want to take meds and want the true remedy that works.............................

My in-laws gave us a Netti Pot, is it really that much better than snorting warm salty water up your nose?

I have had my sinuses flushed several times during my life, SO NOT fun!!!!

Lockharts: Yes, it is much different than snorting salty water up your nose. You must go to a website that shows you how it works..............

Best thing that ever happened to my sinuses, and it is totally organic. My ear nose and throat doctor uses one as well.

I have had the same problems since NOV. --It just doesn't want to go away. I hate meds. but it looks like I might have to visit the Dr....

If you are not allergic to PCN.

Tell the Doc, Ceftin 500mg 16 tabs 1BID. Sounds like you have an infection. You should get on it ASAP
I hate it when you get sick on a weekend. My home phone number is on my answering machine so I can help folks on weekends.
Also, use some Afrin and some Sudafed.

Get some rest.

Don't use Afrin more than 3 or 4 days or you will get 'rebound' it is horrible! I made that mistake once. I went one day over and was so addicted

I only take Sudafed if I prefer to hibernate, it knocks me totally out. I am using Zicam Cold & Allergy Spray for instant relief and taking a Non Drowsy Sinus & Allergy Congestion relief pill (OTC) I always have saline spray on hand too.
