Please Take a look at my Peacocks eye,

Should I wait for some other systems, I am not seeing anything besides the funny looking eye, Maybe it is just a defect?

Can you buy a food scale? If so, weigh him on that and if he loses any weight, go from there. But I must say that he doesn't look quite right, but maybe I'm too paranoid? If he is sick, he'll lose a few grams a day instead of gaining them. This I am sure of!

If you wormed him a week ago using ivermectin, wait another week before worming again. If you have a TSC around you, they have (I think its teramyicin) eye (opthametic ?) ointment. Its for kittens eye infections. I would buy that and use it first, unless you think he has a general infection, you are better off treating the problem, and that ointment is great. It may be just his look and natural to him, but his eye also looks a little watery in the one picture so I would try the ointment. I've used it.

Terramycin seems to not be available right now, the manufacture isn't making it or something like that.

I haven't but I have a package of it now. I was never able to get it locally before now. From what I understand it is the drug of choice and the results with it are fantastic. Do not be afraid to use it!

That is an injury from the fan in the incubator. That is not from being pick on. The person you got that bird from will tell you the truth once you ask them. How do I know your asking yourself? I have a bird that looks just like it. No antibiotic is going to cure it. The little chick got it's face deformed from the fan in the incubator. Check my thread on the subject:

your bird will be fine, just a little deformed in the face. Besure that his eyes do not get dry. As long as you see moisture he will be fine.

Wow, what an awful thing that was to go through. Fantastic job both here and with your pea chicks.
