Please tell me pullet - speckled sussex 10 wks

I'm having trouble getting a good photo, but here are some poor quality shots. I wasn't at all worried about Mildred aka Millie, since her cute little face is still so chick lime and her comb is still yellow (barely pink) at 10 weeks. However... I just noticed her tail feathers are starting to curve down. Please tell me she's a she! Thank you.

BTW, her tail has probably always curled like that but you're noticing it now that she's molting. It's fine. Really.
