Please tell me she is a she

Hi everyone, I am new to chickens and our family has raised this sweet little bird from a tiny chick. As far as I can tell (which doesn’t mean much because I don’t know anything) she looks like a pullet, but her cone is now more red than pink and she tends to be a bit loud, not a proper cock-a-doodle-doo like the Easter Egger of the same age (which is free if there are any takers! We live in Chelsea Quebec) She is a 13 week old creole Orpington

They're both cockerels. A crele pullet would be much darker.

I'm going with hen (low wide body)…she doesn't have the typical rooster stance.

Any comb growth at 13 weeks in English Orpingtons indicates cockerel. Little lone being this red and large. Also cockerels and pullets in the crele pattern are drastically different in color. I'd bet the farm this is a cockerel.

Very likely a cockerel, but don't be giving it away just yet. Slower maturing breeds can be difficult, but coloring and wing coverlets indicate most likely male.

Agree with MillersFarm and Gray Farms. The Orpington is a definite cockerel. Coloring says so, and comb and wattles say so. It's a beautiful bird and I'm sad that the original poster didn't get what she wanted, but it is what it is.

Her comb may be turning red as she looks the right age to start laying eggs.
I wouldent bet my farm on it but.... that is a hen.
There are absouletly no signs of hackle or saddle feathers. She has the posture of a hen.
Let us know when you know for sure.
