Bird is 13 weeks old - definitely not at POL. At this age, especially in slow maturing breeds, male specific feathering may not be showing. The closer I look at wing coverlets and comb/wattles given the age the more that I have to agree with those saying 'cockerel'.

Hello fellow Canadian, welcome to BYC. I would have wrongly guessed pullet. I have been going through the very same thing. As the good people posting above mentioned those RED wattles and comb are hard to overlook. I just returned 3 cocererls in the last month. The 12 week EE was very obvious the mutts were obvious at 13 and a very late bloomer 17 weeks.
I was warned correctly by several wise BYC members.

Crele is easy to distinguish at a young age. I knew my crele OEG by only a few weeks. Crele is defiantly my favorite plumage pattern!
