3 month silver -phase welsh harlequin. I know this is still juvenile plumage but dang those heads are dark and a lot of pictures I see online of young welsh harlequins - the females don't seem to have the dark heads.

I don't have tons of duck experience but yes, I think those are male and can even see the curly tail feather on one. In addition to the dark chest.

Another way to tell is their voice is no longer a loud quack but a much lower sound.
