Please tell me this is a pullet

I've been nervous about this one for a few weeks now. These are about 10 week old Champagne Eggers. I feel like comb and wattle are a bit more pronounced but I'm more concerned about the lighter feathers around the neck and the slightly curled feathers near the tail. Behavior has been the same as the other 3 so far. First 2 pics are bird in question, 3rd is a sister for comparison.
