Since my order got royally messed up by a certain hatchery, I'm not certain they remembered to give me the Buff Orpington roo I ordered.
My chicks will be 5 weeks old in two days. I have three Buff Orpingtons, but this one stands out. For one thing, it is far more scraggly than any other bird in my flock. Its comb is slightly bigger and, unless I'm imagining it, pinker than the other BOs. Compared to the other BOs, it tends to be more aggressive and I've never seen it roosting. My other two BOs were the first ones to figure out how to fly up and roost on things.
