"It" is about 4 months or so old. "It" isn't crowing or anything yet, just kind of screaming a bit.

And if this will help, here is a pic of "Its" britches.

I also can get a pic of the two together for comparison if I need to. The other one has a pinkish smaller comb.

One more thing, what are the little black dots on the comb and waddles? They seem to go away and reappear somewhere else.

Looks pretty rooish...BUT it would be helpful to see a good side view of the bird to make doubly sure. A shot close enough to get a good view of the feathers, but far enough away to get the whole bird in the pic would be great.

It varies from bird to bird when they start crowing. They grow spurs over time. Some of my 9 month old roos have barely an inch long spurs.
