Help... found this baby a few weeks back at a local McDonald's and it seems to be a roo.. super sweet baby when all my girls free range he follows them around I really want to keep him but my neighbor complained about my last roo and threatened to report that I had a backyard flock...

Also I have no idea how old this baby is. Im guessing 4 or 5 weeks?

I'm guessing at hen. But it can be hard to tell.

Since you found it at a McDonald's, you should call it Donald (for a roo), or Donna (for a hen.)

I'm not an expert but I've had chickens for 2 years and she looks a lot like my female chickens.

Looks cockerel to me. The comb is big and a tiny bit red. Lift up his hackles to check for new feather growth.
