Was Supposed to be a "Full Blooded" White Leghorn Rooster but has yellow feathers on its neck and back also he has black spots on his tail and wing feathers

Leghorn cross or a hatchery quality leghorn.

The yellow in the feathers could be due to 1. To much sunlight or 2. To much corn. Cause he looks like a leghorn to me! Maybe just poor quality??

He's a pretty boy!!
