please tell me what is wrong with my goat....

I am having some bad luck with goats.....my blue pygmy billy goat is out in the goat house crying like he is in pain.....it looks like he is trying to puke and his back is bowed. He is not usually very friendly, but I can walk right up to him now.
He is using the bathroom all over himself.....what is wrong with him.

I am so sorry this is happening to you i just lost my beloved Doe Mamma on Monday but do you think maybe bloat or a stone in the urinary tract

How long has he been in this condition?

What did he eat last?

When did he eat last?

How much did he eat?

Is there anything he could have gotten in to?

Have you checked your hay for mold?

Do you have a vet you can call?

If he seems like he is trying to throw up he may have huge gas pockets in there.

Get him moving and see if you can get him to belch - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I am so sorry but I can't give medicating advise as my goats are 155 lbs and their doseage for meds is way higher than for smaller goats.

It sounds like bloat to me.

He may have worms, or may have eaten something he shouldn't. Get him to a vet as goats can get in real trouble fast. Make sure de does not dehydrate.

they have enough grass so they haven't had hay lately.....I just found him this way this morning......there was pee coming out when I was out there .....

It is like he is trying to puke andthat is causing the pee to come out??

They do not have access to the feed room......

My Vet told me that Moutain Laurel and wild Rhododendrons will cause violent vomitting. Do you have any of that near you?
