Yes, we just got oyster shell for them all. I have to find something to put it in. They eat egg shells and they only last about 20 minutes at the most when I give them those. So I am anxious to see how long the oyster shell will last.

We are going to be moving our ducks into their own pen/run as soon as the first frost comes around so I don't have to spray the kudzu with chemicals. I am hoping this will give the baby ducklings more time to grow so they can go it with the big ducks. Since they imprinted on a chicken mommy, I am hoping it will be fairly easy to get them away from mommy when the time comes. They are about 3.5 months old now so not sure what age would be good.

Wow, glad the duckling is better now! I guess maybe it was just strained or sore for a bit after all. That's great!
