Could be a blue Andalusian. They come in blue, black and splash. I'm guessing a Blue Splash Andalusian. I think Langshans have feathered shafts. Also, will have white earlobes if it's an Andalusian.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but what are feathered shafts? I just googled "white bantam" and looked at the options, haha. The Langshans feet and legs seemed to match.
