A vet would be good, but could be expensive. I would try conservative treatment first, such as keeping her activity restricted to keep her from overusing the leg.

I don't no how she could of hurt I don't think she would of just tripped

Sprains are very common in chickens. Jumping off a roost or a fence, getting a leg caught in something, or being hurt by another chicken could cause this.
