Plucking out feathers chest normal??

My 18.5 week old Silver Laced Wynadotte is plucking out her chest feathers!! Why is she doing this? Is this normal or should i be concerned?

she isn't plucking them unless you have actually seen it, most chickens are missing a few feathers on their keel but I think hers are caused by the fact that she is a heavier breed and your roost is just rubbing the feathers off.
