This is my second time to try to hatch chicken eggs and its been 15 years since I've done it. I don't remember much about it and the first question is when I'm plugging in the bator 24 hours early for it to get warm, do I need to leave the egg turner unplugged? It said the motor will put off extra heat and so the turner needs to be in when pre-warming to get the right temp with the motor heat combined. But does it need to be running without the eggs like this or unplug it? Did it mean motor heat combined when the motor is running? Because I figure the motor puts off more heat when its running than not running.
