I am u to my neck in plums off of my trees. They're all tiny, only the second year we've got plums off these trees. About the size of a quarter or so all the way around.
I was wondering if anyone had any plum jelly or plum jam recipies they'd be willing to share?
Last year I tried a batch off of my grandmothers recipies but somehow I added too much sugar and not enough water... Long story short all my jams fermented. Can't feed them to Skylar, and he LOVES jelly.
I can't remember or find the recipe I used last year to tweak it... Oh well. Anyone have ideas what to do with them? The neighbors are all stockpiled too.
