These are some updated pictures of my Barred Rock pullet (right?) Joon. She is 7 weeks old and is a wonderful girl, and protects her EE sister Munk. She is very brave, and chases my 57 lb pitbull around the yard. She also hates being locked in the run when anybody is in the backyard, she wants to be IN YOUR BUISNESS. But I love her.

Thanks, these are actually from a trio of buffs that I owned. They were gentle and great looking birds, I just wanted to focus on my orpingtons so I sold the parent stock and just have these four juveniles left that were in the bator. If you know someone looking please send them my way, these guys are for sale.

she is something else! Total personality. She needs her own talk show haha. My heart is taken with Barred Rocks. Won't have chickens without them. I would love to get into breeding if I get property enough to house a rooster. All the birds on this thread are awesome, especially the special creations

These are my Barred Rocks, growing out, from Dick Horstman. They are 7 wks old, and at the ugly stage.

Here are a couple I hatched from Ducktang .... They are about a month old.
