Here are a few pictures of my Silver Penciled Plymouth Rocks at 4 months old.
Keep in mind (unless I read the standard incorrectly) that the penciling should be "U" shape (or rounded) not "V" shaped. BUT.....ya gotta build the bard before you can paint it. Please be sure to post some profile shot of the pullets and tail shots too.....watch those pinched tails
Yup. A New Year's chick must eat to stay warm. A Fire Cracker chick has to deal with heat. Most breeders I know pen up in December and break up in May or earlier, for this and other reasons.

How about some photos of your "Rockingtons"...My splash Plymouth Rock/buff Orpington hybrids are starting to get feathers in! The roosters have buff-shouldered wings with blue tips and creamy light-buff breasts with blue speckles!
