I am not 100% BR are hard for me. The first two pic are roos the third is a pullet on the top and roo on the arm. The fourth is a pullet. The combs are the only thing I can tell by. My pullets are just now getting red and they are pushing 6mths old!

That is correct, though they're 20 weeks now.

This is a 17 week old blue barred cockerel. He will look a lot different when he gets his adult feathering. I have seen pics on here of adult birds and they are georgous!!

This is a blue rock from the same hatch. Both are from Halo's flock. The Barred color is not as common , I think it is just a genetic roll of the dice?

You eggs must have come from a barred hen over a solid roo and were sex linked all roos barred. mine is just the opposite so they will all be barred.
