Plywood doors question

I'm building a 1/2" plywood coop. My doors are all cut and I'll trim them out. Should I add a 2x4 frame on the inside of the door to avoid warping?

I would, and do. I like a strong door. Also I expect it will be better at keeping determined pests out. Raccoons can be very crafty.

Ok, thanks! If it makes a difference, I forgot to mention that the largest doors are only 2'x3'. I think I'll go ahead and do it.
