Plz help.my chicken is sick

I have a chicken she is sick. She has runny nose,breathing problem.Suddenly she is not looking fine.She is sleepy.Her leg is trembling or shaking continuously.Please help.I don't want to loose her.What happen to her can't understand.What to give her.

She is eating and drinking water but sleepy eyes.For shaking legs she can't walk properly.

I would get her on some respitory antibiotics. Duramyacin is one. You can find it a Fleet Farm depending on where you live.

Can you please give me some natural solution that I can try now.Its night time and I cant go outside.

I agree respitory antibiotics Tylan50 at tractor supply is what I use 1/2 to 1 cc everyday for five days. As for a natural solution I’m not sure I would feed it some yogurt(probiotics) and scrabbled eggs(extra protein) most importantly keep her warm. I would also pick up some chick electrolytes and minerals to put in the water.
