i am new and have not let one of my hens raise some babies but plan to in the spring...some of my eggs are round toped and some are pointy....is there a difference in which eggs i should pick when it comes time to leave some under my hen? i know this might sound dumb so go easy on me...LOL [IMG]

As long as you can tell which end the airsac is on, that's all that matters.

    Good luck.!

If you are going to leave some under the hen, it really doesn't matter the shape of the egg. Nature is a fabulous thing and if she wants to hatch out some eggs and is a good "broody" she will do her job no matter what shape or color etc. the egg is. [IMG]
