I believe that was said in sarcasm! I can tell you the K-9 was furiously barking enough that it seemed like a drug bust. The dog was totally unnecessary. Barre Town has a significant crime problem, well significant for Vermont. There are a lot of convicted sex offenders residing in the area, plus all sorts of other crimes. The amount of time the police have spent on chickens is rediculous.
