So many SWAT teams, and they all look alike ...

I do hope that the judge who was supposed to be running this gets p.o.'d over the town board perhaps acting in advance of his ruling, and sends the birds home and slaps some wrists in town.

So maybe Barre Town will go raiding more successfully on home that have vehicles with red neck pipes. Or, hey, how about someone with a house color everyone hates?

This is all about intimidating the single lady- Kathy. Her kids are completely freaked out and embarassed.

What exactly are we paying taxes for, again? So that wonky city officials and town boards and police officers can do sub par jobs? I am so glad that we lose 40% of our paycheck to support this sort of endeavor, and can barely survive as it is.

It is ridiculous that if a person can run a clean operation, and if there is no zoning issue, they cannot pursue a serviceable living with something as benign as chickens. Its not hogs for cripes sake!

Granted I think its unfair that neighbors should have to lose property value and peace and quiet because some person has a handful of roosters making a ruckus in a suburban setting, but its certainly not okay for state and town workers to just barge in without warrant and have their dirty way with things.

This country is getting to be so ridiculous.

That thought had crossed my mind also. The town obviously knew the judge would rule against them, hence the illegal seizure. If they in fact are returned dead, there should be jail time imposed.
