Polish Chick Help?!?!

This morning I noticed the feathers on the head of my 2 week old polish chick are looking CRAZY. Just yesterday her head looked like a perfect little pompom. Today her feathers look fluffed out and like she is balding. I observe them often and have never seen a chick peck her feathers. She has always appeared to be the boss in the group. Not sure what is going on. Pecking? Sickness? Please see pictures. Thanks.

I see new feathers coming in. You can see the feather sheaths. Completely normal. Keep an eye out for pecking though as polish crests will attract unwanted attention.

It looks like she's just growing in her feathers, SHe's going to look crazy for the first couple of weeks while she's growing in her crest feathers.. All of mine have gone through those fazes
