I have one more question. So I am isolating her in a superset run but what do I do at night? Normally she sleeps fine with the other ladies in the coop. Do I put her in the coop with them at night and take her out in the morning and put her back in isolation? Please advise!

I like to isolate them inside the coop or un with the others. She would be fine overnight inside a crate. Just make sure that she can see them during waking hours through her crate.

She needs the warmth of the others though because it is getting cold out now and she is still young
