Polish hen or rooster

is this polish chicken a hen or rooster?
It hatched March 28 so it is over a month old.

It looks like it might be getting spurs but I don’t know

The feathers in the crest seem roundish so I would say pullet.

I just wish I knew now, if it was a rooster I don’t want to keep it, I thought it might be because it keeps chasing around my two quail while the other chickens leave them alone, I’m not sure if I should keep it even if it is a hen though, I think it pulled some of the quail’s feathers out. I don’t know why it keeps pestering them, it was raised with them and it’s momma hen treats the quail like they are hers. I’m not sure what to do.

Too young - give it a few more weeks. Polish are difficult to sex early
