I got 3 Polish, all different colors. The Rooster (what I thought would be the only one) started crowing when he was 7 weeks !!!!! He is black with a white"puff". He has enormous waddles and is really red in the face. The other two "hens" have no waddles, just started recently to develop tiny little ones, they are 3 month old now and the two "hens" are crowing !!!!! what ??????? What is going on ???? I always thought that the Polish were a little bit stupid but this is just crazy.........

I've seen with my own eyes instances where only the alpha roo crows and really develops the comb and wattles. The other roosters don't crow, don't develop, for the longest time. Self preservation.
I bet with pics posted someone would be able to tell you for sure, but sounds like you have more than one roo. [IMG]
