He's not bad at all. Good dark legs, decent lacing, nice small wattles so far, a little too much color in the crest. With good grooming and conditioning, he might show.

Can someone tell me if this is a hen or roo?? It is a bantam and I`m not sure the color.
This is my first polish and I just love the little thing..lol..and now Im kinda thinkin it may be a roo and I cant have roos. When I pick him up he sounds like he lets out a crow...

Of all the pics I searched of polish only a few had red waddles like this one.. in fact most hen pics dont show them...thats why

that is definitely a hen....
if hens are not bearded they will usually have small waddles like yours. i have LF Polish and all my hens have the waddles
she is beautiful

I already had to give up a DUCCLE and BTW Jap roo I surely wasnt ready do give up Doo Wop.

OMG it is a sultan!

I just got done researching sultans because i had never heard of them before. we purchased her yesterday from a lady who ordered 30 fancy exotic variety.

I knew there was something off about her being a polish , she is sooo calm and docile , unlike our Cycelia ( golden laced polish hen ) shes frantic and jumpy all the time.

so can anyone tell me if they think my 7 week old sultan is a pullet?
