Vcomb, are those polish considered "red" or "buff"? Just curious, as I have a few polish teens that have that sorta coloring. I'm wondering what they are going to look like.

if you're referring to the bird in my avatar, he's 1/2 buff lace 1/2 gold lace. so by color he's a bad buff lace. I just use him as an avatar to remind me that they are a work in progress. The proper shade is much lighter and more even.​

My two six week olds I think the WCBLACKP Is a pullet and I think the WCBLUEP Is a little roo. The blue doesnt have hackel feathers, sadle feathers or pointy crest feathers but hes got little red wattles.

okay, after scrutinizing Hegatha's babys i went to the barn and closely looked at my babies and they are about a week older [7 weeks] there is absolutely no sign whatsoever of even a bud of waddles....
is it possible that 5 out of 5 chicks are pullets????? especiallly after i said that i would really like to keep a rooster and not any hens.... i guess Murphy is alive and well
