and a frizzle...

any other colors i am missing?

i have the red crested red chick, the buff laced chick, and the golden laced chick...

in our mixed color flock we have gotten a bunch of very pretty birds- lots of black, blue, wc black, wc blue, gold lace & silver lace. But also black crested white splash colored ones, a white crested black with silver penciling in the middle of it's feathers, and few random- we'll see what they tuen out like. The breeder birds in the flock are listed on my Polish page. They live at mom's we can seperate them if we want a certian color- but we have fun with them this way more.
My chicks will be kept in certian color flocks as I need to keep track of the breeding pens, lines etc w/ my new Tolbunt project!!! I just have 10 little chicks I hatch out of bought eggs. Mom has the adult birds that lay eggs that we've hatched some out of.

If you are not showing, and let people know they came from a mixed color flock- I see nothing wrong with it. If you want to focus on certian color or lines to improve to the standard- it won't work well mixing them up.

Anne, your picture of Amy really got me to run out and cut bangs.

What my haircut plan is I start clearing around the eyes, I snip the feathers as short as I can, and just keep clearing around the eye till they can see well.

When I first put them down, they did look around like it was a whole new world!

). I have hatched out Blues & splashes from this combo.
These are my older breeders. I did get a GL Roo 2 months ago & have the GL hen with him now, of course she has decided she is not laying since I put her with him.

I youngsters I have a BL that is 4 months, and I go back & forth on its sex.

I gave a 4 month old SL roo that I'm not sure if I will keep or not since I lost the hen I would have bred him to.
Then I have some 5 month olds - 1 WCBlue, 3 blue splash (1 roo & 2 pullets)

Good luck

I'm definitely not interested in breeding or showing, just would like to see if maybe I can get a couple more funky colored polish sometime down the line! I just feel like funkyness would be more likely with a more colorful roo
