That's how I was with all the crested breeds..I'm like, that's not even a chicken. .lol.. now they're all I want around..well other than my layers ♡♡
lol..probably didn't help that I was using a 1930s swatter. . I have only ever seen one of these 3 other times..I'm not afraid of bees and usually let them go on about their business (as opposed to killing EVERY spider)..but this one made it inside and no way was I risking it getting POd and stinging someone..it made our horse flies look like sweat bees
How old is she and do you know what she's mixed with? At about 1 month, my Sebright/Polish mix cockerel started developing an obvious comb, but it might be different for other mixed breeds.
