This is the highest hip socket you will see the round white bone amoungest it's muscles(i pre cooled below 30° for 3hours&only cut skin as to have no bleeding, you won't see blood in these photos)

Breast bone was thick, healthy&good. The good leg was right in its socket. The hurt side had tons of loose movement on its side. You could feel the pull on the right side where the bad side was loose&un supported.

This is from behind the chickens back showing correct position for good to be in when they are set into normal position.

My intentions where to help those who want to help their own polish help themselves when a vets not available. Anyone who's ever been in my shoes will understand. This was no more graphic then what you ask a butcher to do each time you buy a package of chicken at food lion. So if you don't allow your kids to be at the grocery store I appoligize to Jennifer. Don't let Jennifer make you feel like you can't ask questions if anyone has any,I'm always happy to help.

This was not an emergency issue as the polish chicken had already passed peacefully this morning. I didn't show any blood, innapropriate organs or its face. This was about how polish chickens hip joints are very easy to slip in&out of socket. So new keepers of taking on polish be cautious you take care to not let them get in a position where a hip slips out. Even if you do don't loose hope, because they are kind people trying to show you how to put it back in&how to fix it without spending hundreds of dollars at a vet.
Know when I'm not appricated so I'll check back in after the judgemental comments have subsided.
Appoligies to BYC&all reading thread,,again I thought this forum was to learn about poultry&encourage the education&respect of those breeds.

I could never do medical myself but appreciate chickeneers who know how to do diagnosis and treatments. I thank God for my vet who sees not only dogs/cats but also exotics, birds, turtles, lizards, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs, etc, because I would be a basket case trying to get enough experience to treat or do surgeries myself! Even when I think I'm so careful watching for changes I still miss subtle clues! TY!
