I have 6 polish, how do you tell if they are male or female. I have no idea.

This is my 6 month old red Polish named Chick. Eventually I'd like to breed him and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what colors would be best to cross with his? Would red x tolbunt be feasible? red x cuckoo?

I am so sad, cause we have to sell two Polish Rooster. I would rather keep them, but I can`t because they start fighting with the other rooster.

I'm wondering the same thing, myself. I have 1 red pullet about 5 mos old and I wish I could find a red rooster to breed her to. The only polish roos I have right now are 1 gold laced smooth, 1 gold laced frizzle (not positive if it's a boy or a girl), and 1 buff laced. I'll prob. breed her to the buff b/c he has the biggest top hat and she has practically nothing. Not sure if she's getting picked on/plucked, or if it was just bad breeding.
