Polish Thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ISO:polish hatching eggs BBS.  North Vernon Indiana.  I need some new blood and want to see picks of parents first.  will trade mine for yours will also pay :)

Know a local guy that has buff. But I doubt he ships. Took me two years to find my silvers, but if I hear something I'll let you know asap.

I was wondering, are your Polish kind of flighty? I'm used to huge Brahmas & Cochins, birds that can't be flighty. Should I just be hugging my Polish more? :)

We handle ours every day. A couple are mild but when we first open the cage they usually seem skidish. I really think the hair tuffs just put them in a less aware zone,,,so they are gonna startle easy.

Check out my white crest blue !! He's 7 weeks and started his crowing today!! It's a pretty pathetic crow but he's very serious about it !

The leggs look a little light might be a blue-splash.

I believe he ment like flying. My polish love to fly. They fly on the coop and in trees. They can be skiddish because they cant see you though.

Oh,okay I got ya now. Because of owls here we have to put tops on outside coops. So flying hasn't been an issue for us yet.

Look at feather development roosters mature slower in the feather department.  Hen might have no down and rooster might have some at neck.  same with wings as week olds roosters develop wings slower.  I had 17 and 3 were roos when i got two from the test.

Wanted to highlight this again because I don't always absorb everything the first time I read it.
