Just bought this little one today the breeder swears it's a hen, and says that if it turns out to be a roo I can exchange it for a different one. What do you guys think? Hen or roo. Two weeks old.

Well I hate to say that there is no way to tell at this age.

you would have to ait until the crest has almost completely feathered. if they have a very round and glodular crest, it's most likely a girl. if the crest is all over the place (This doesn't count from week 3 - week 7 when they are feathering) then it is probably a boy.

Sometimes it's hit or miss, so be careful.

I actually saw this and this picture is why I was kinda leaning towards roo. The poof or top hat seems a bit small to me. I don't have another to compare it too though. Hopefully turns out to be a hen. I'd hate to get attached and have to give it up cause it's a roo
