I'm not sure, my guess is all the states will be. I did hear an interesting fact today, Washington DC has the lowest unemployment rate, and the businesses there are doing very, very well. Basically there is no bad economic times there.

I don't find that surprising at all. Government is bloated and Washington DC is tiny compared to the rest of the country.

I've visited! Nothing like living there I know, but...
