Poll: Easter Egger Egg Color

Curious as to what is the most popular egg color as far as EE's. Vote away!

My ladies lay beautiful seafoam green eggs. When I take pictures of the eggs, they look bright blue in the picture. Weird but so are the chickens!

I have some that lay blue others lay green

Popular is blue
Most common is green because it is the easiest to produce
Followed by brown
Then white/off white/cream
And lastly blue

I have one gal who lays blue. I believe she is 1/2 blue Ameraucana and 1/2 light brown Leghorn.
My two others lay green. One is 1/2 AM the other is 1/4 Am from physical observation of genetic factors.

My Easter Egger, Hope, lays kind of in between a sky blue, or mint green...I chose blue for her egg color, though, but am not sure if I should've chosen green or not. Either way, her egg color is gorgeous. And I got Hope from my aunt, who in turn got her from a farm store.

Light green is my most common color. Blue is a close second. I also get a pinkish hued egg, tan eggs and olive colored eggs. No white eggs. I should note that the cream eggs are from the Silkies and other breeds.


I also forgot to add that my original EEs come from two different ladies who had hatched them.

I have 2 Easter Eggers. My F1 Easter Egger lays green to Olive eggs and my Silkie x Easter Egger lays cream eggs.

My EE came from a free range flock with a white leghorn roo and EE hens. She lays a tan egg with a pink or white bloom.

My Easter Eggers lay green eggs. They are not olive , all are lighter shades. They are from Ideal Poultry. I bought EEs from them several years ago and all were blue egg layers but one. I was kind of disappointed in getting all green egg layers.
