My DH says either way is fine with him...BUT...I get the "you look really nice, honey" statement with it on!

If no makeup, then he knows I am piddling in the yard with him that day....so it's win-win either way.

I think the key is to not LOOK like you are made up. I know that my eyes all but disappear without eye makeup. So that is mainly what I wear. I have alot of freckles too, so the mineral makeup is for me because it is light. Ken likes the way I look and he never knows if I have makeup on or not.

I couldn't say when the last time was that I put makeup on. It's been at least 6 years, that I know for a fact. On the rare occasion that I would wear makeup, it would irritate my eyes so badly that I would end up rubbing it off anyway, so what's the point??

I agree; subtle is the way to go.

Oh yeah. Too much looks bad.

P.S. I'm not to proud to say I've used concealer before on a pimple or two. Does that count as makeup?

I like women without makeup just fine. If they feel like have to wear it, I like it to look natural.

Now men...

I don't wear makeup - luckily hubby likes it that way (lucky for him, cause I wouldn't put the stuff on if he did want it

)

My older sister wore make-up her whole teen years, and into adult life - she wishes she could go without it, now, because since she wore it for so long, it ruined her face - she hasn't any choice (she's not hideous,

just blotchy if she doesn't wear it). That stuff (and I don't care if you wash it all off every night or not) is nasty.

eta - I didn't vote, just a null, cause I was curious to see what men thought.

I think men who are married or have a girl friend do not like make up on Their wife or girl friend but prefer make up on other women. I don't think men want anything to draw the attention of other men to their women...
