As long as it's seasoned well, I'll eat a potato prepared just about any way. (Just don't ruin it with bacon. )

Potato soups are a favorite that I don't see on your list.

Hasselbacks are super good, too... but sooo much work to make.

Stewed with meat is also good. My mom makes pressure cooker chicken with potatoes and ranch seasoning that I can't get enough of.

Another way I love to use tatoes is to make gnocchi or button noodles... SO SO GOOD!!
