Yeah, I use one can of tuna, a teaspoon of mayo, and the rest is all veggies. Occasionally a squirt of spicy mustard to give it a little zap.

If you're using tuna packed in oil, it likely is. Tuna in oil is so, so much better than packed in water. It's buttery, flaky, and moist already, so it doesn't need much more.
