Honestly, my favorite way to do tuna is steaks. Take spinach, feta cheese, a little lemon zest, season and quickly fry in a skillet until the spinach has reduced in volume. Take 2 inch thick tuna steaks and cut a pocket on one side, stuff with the feta spinach mix, rub the steaks down with some lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Toss them on the grill and grill 'em up. Oh man. That's the stuff!

edit to add; come to think of it, I think I do this with swordfish steak too.

Sorry, I was meaning how it’s pronounced not what the misspelling was. I was reading where she said the words sound similar when said so that phone mixed it up but they do not sound similar to me because I say it day core lol

I'm not either. All it takes is one fish with worms and I'm off fish for a few years. Plus the fishing industry worldwide is so outrageously destructive in every way possible that it's so hard to justify purchasing fish. Even farmed fish can be devastating. People really suck in so many ways.
