Stop telling yourself you're going to have withdrawals if you don't drink caffeine.Step one of eating healthier… two small ish fried eggs cooked in olive oil, not butter, and no mayonnaise or cheese or English muffin or anything. And not burnt. Just salt and pepper. It is… not great. They’re pretty “wet” and I hate wet eggs but…
I’m debating whether to have a cup of tea with them or not. It’s better than the huge Cokes I’ve been having lately but I ALSO want to go on a caffeine fast too as I’ve become VERY addicted to it and get headaches without buuuuuttttt…. I also don’t want a headache this morning so.I’m going to have to deal with it at some point though. I’ve also found my eyes are lot saggier/half closed without it. T
