I am working on a broiler house and saw that some peolpe use poly tarps as roofs like this http://www.farmtek.com/farm/supplie...1&langId=-1&division=FarmTek&productId=295477 does anyone know a place other than there that i can get tarp with no minimum order, and a cheap price? Thanks

I don't think you can get super-stong custom cut tarps for 'cheap', but as far as smaller size pieces, see if this place has anything that would work for you:

Farmtek has a clearance section and frequently offers weird sizes or end-cuts of tarps at greatly reduced prices; you might try that

And I would highly recommend you at least look at their website.

Bob's rebar greenhouse is an awesome thing, and possible inspiration for a tractor or even coop area.

You might want to check locally for someone that supplies local trucking companies with tarps. You might be surprised at local suppliers that make awnings, tarps, etc., and have a much wider range of items than you would automatically assume. Since these places usually don't sell to the general public you may not be aware of them and have to do some digging or make some calls to local trucking companies.
