Pomeranian is in labor but need advice!!!!

I have been a dog breeder for 31 years. Symtoms like that should never be left unchecked by a vet. You should not see leaking or a sac unless she is in labor. Sometimes when they have this and don't push it can be an infection . If you see a greenish discharge and no labor, get her to the vet as soon as you can.It often means a premature labor due to an infection that invaded the uterus.
If the sac has broken and she does not go into labor the puppy will die if the placenta seperates and it is not born quickly.

you need to get her to the vet asap! there should not be any blood in her poo. and the water sack retracting is not good. I had a peek a poo that did this needless to say I just about lost her. she set up infection she did not act like she was in labor either.

Sorry for the delay folks. Lacy is great alomg with her 4 little girls! I sat up all night with her and she finally delivered. All the babies and momma are healthy. It was just a long labor but once started it all went smoothly. I should of posted yesterday but I was busy getting things moved into the new house. Thanks for all the advice. Will post pics soon

OMGosh, she is so cute. I love poms. My husband doens't like inside fru-fru types. That's why I have my frizzles!! I can't believe she had 4 puppies and all girls!! Congrats to you and her for a job well done. Glad you didn't have to take her in. Our lab's last litter cost us $1200. Needless to say, she is now spayed!!

Thats so funny that you got all girls. My sisters Pom just had 5 boys last week.
